We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms relating to returning a product.
To be eligible for a return on a defective cart, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund request after the inspection is complete.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The processing time for the refund will depend on your card issuer’s policies.
If your item is defective or damaged, we are happy to exchange it for the same item. Please contact us to initiate the exchange process.
You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
